The cooling system inside the battery pack has been converted from traditional air cooling to liquid cooling devices. However, the liquid cooling plate is in direct contact with the battery pack, causing it to remain in a heavy state for a long time. Coupled with its alloy structure, it will undergo certain physical deformation and collapse in the middle position, resulting in gaps at the contact interface with the battery module, which is not conducive to heat transfer. This requires corresponding support for the liquid cooling plate structure to prevent deformation and facilitate seamless connection with the battery module for heat transfer. According to the application environment, customers have the following performance requirements for liquid cooled plate support products:
