However, the delivery time and sample delivery time of foreign products are long, which cannot meet customer needs. Therefore, they want to find a product with similar performance to replace the foreign brand.

The customer has a long-term cooperation with Guangmai in the field of silicone foam, and understands that Guangmai's development of silicone products is at the leading level in China and has a strong research and development foundation. Our R&D team relies on professional technical strength and advanced experimental platforms to conduct product research and development in response to customer needs. After 20 days, Guangmai developed the FS60 flame-retardant silicone series products and repeatedly tested and verified the various parameters of the products. After sending the sample, it passed the customer's product test in one go, and the product performance was better than that of foreign brands, which greatly surprised the customer. Especially in terms of aging resistance, the compression permanent deformation of foreign products is 35%, while that of Guangmai FS60 is only 3%. The comparison of product performance is shown in the table. At present, the product has been mass-produced and successfully replaced a certain foreign brand's flame-retardant solid silicone film, solving customer problems and breaking the monopoly of foreign products.
